基于FPGA 的1GHz高速采样处理平台设计

介绍了一种高速宽带采样的数字信号处理平台设计方法，论述了在XilinxV4 FPGA中如何实现高速同步时钟设计和高速数据同步接收设计，介绍了与该设计相关的一些高速模数混合电路设计方法和一种采样后数据捕获的方法。该设计方案已用于瞬时测频中，并取得了良好的效果。     

Positive versus negative comparative advertising

Two studies examined cognitive responses to comparative advertising that was valenced, i.e., was either negative or positive. Negative comparative advertising featured the advertised brand derogating the comparison brand (I'm OK, you're not OK). Positive comparative advertising claimed superiority over the comparison brand in a nonderogatory manner (You're OK, I'm more OK). Subjects were exposed to either a negative comparative ad or a positive comparative ad. In study 1, the ad featured either a high or low share advertised brand and either a high or low share comparison brand while in study 2, the ad featured advertised and comparison brands with either a strong or a weak reputation. Across both studies, it was found that negative comparative advertising evoked significantly higher counterargumentation and lower claim acceptance than its positive counterpart. Also, when the advertised brand had a high share relative to the comparison brand, counterargumentation was lower and claim acceptance was higher vis-a-vis when the advertised brand had a low share relative to the comparison brand. Findings pertaining to brand reputation were mixed. Managerial and future research implications of the findings are discussed.     

基于TCP/IP的嵌入式WebServer网络测控系统设计

本文研究基于TCP/IP协议栈的嵌入式系统在网络智能设备中的测控应用设计。以Rabbit2000网络微处理器和Dynam ic C软件开发环境为例,阐述构建嵌入式W ebServer的具体技术及相关的实现方案;详细介绍了实现TCP、UDP报文进行网络通信、串行口数据通信和对网络智能设备的测控技术等,并给出系统硬件原理框图和有关软件实现的程序代码及流程图。     

TRAMO/SEATS在危机事件中对旅游影响研究的应用

国内外对旅游危机事件的研究集中于管理方面,近年相关热点转向对旅游影响的研究.以往定性研究多,从经济数量模型进行定量分析研究的较少.本文使用在经济金融领域使用广泛的ARIMA改进版--TRAMO/SEATS方法评估危机事件,如疾病、地震等突发事件对中国旅游业的影响.作为欧盟各国统计局主要统计方法,TRAMO/SEATS方法能够最大程度地反映旅游业季节性波动的特点.通过该方法对2003年在中国内地和香港地区爆发的SARS进行实证研究,分析评估该危机事件的长期影响.在此基础上提出,国家短期内应当通过提高产品质量和拓展高质量的细分市场实现旅游效益型增长;恢复后期才可以推出更为直接的促销手法实现旅游数量型增长,采取刺激旅游人数快速增长的政策和措施.     

基于生成矩阵的LDPC/Turbo码的构造及内外迭代译码新技术

美国相关公司在美国对中国维生素C生产企业提起“价格串通”的美国反托拉斯(反垄断)诉讼。这是中国企业第一次面临美国的反托拉斯诉讼的域外管辖。本文分析的案例报告主要涉及中国企业试图从程序方面即根据“国家强迫行为”理论来申请中止证据调查程序。本文在对该案归纳的基础上,还就本案可能涉及的其他问题,如对美国反托拉斯法的域外适用的抗辩理由;美国反托拉斯法上价格串通构成的要素进行了评析。此外,本案还提醒我国行业协会和企业在应对美国反倾销指控的同时,需防止被指控价格串通而触犯后果更为严厉的美国反托拉斯法。     

如何把环境问题纳入贸易体系——浅析WTO在环境规则上的改革方案

GATT/WTO成立 5 0多年来 ,一直致力于推动贸易自由化 ,以让各缔约方能从中获取贸易收益。而GATT/WTO在这方面的成绩亦有目共睹———经过多轮艰苦的谈判 ,一个开放的贸易体系逐渐形成 ,贸易保护主义亦有所收敛。但是 ,在众多问题得到解决的同时 ,GATT/WTO也不断面临新的挑战。这些新问题往往会涉及到贸易以外的领域 ,贸易与环境问题便是一个很可能会成为未来谈判重点的问题。如何使贸易与环境相互协调 ,在保护环境的同时又不对自由贸易造成太大限制 ,以达到可持续发展的目标 ,这就成为了摆在我们面前的一个重大的课题。     

银行公示语翻译现状调查与研究——以浙江省10家银行为例

本文选取浙江省10所银行的公示语英译语料,对银行业公示语英译的现状进行调查与分析.通过对公示语的语言特点和文本类型分析,指出公示语翻译应遵循"统一、简洁、易懂"的原则,以"模仿-借用-创新"的应用英语翻译模式为指导.文章从银行专业术语公示语的翻译、银行公示语翻译的统一、准确和文体几个方面对所收集的公示语中存在的问题进行分析,并提出修改意见.     

我国基金风格资产收益长记忆性分析——基于修正R/S方法的研究

证券市场是个典型的非线性复杂系统。本文运用修正R/S分析法对我国基金风格资产收益单一分形的基本统计特征进行检验,并与经典R/S方法进行对比分析。研究结果表明:在日、周、月等三种时间标度下Hurst指数均显著大于0.5,表现为持久相关性特征,说明股市风格具有长记忆性;从经典R/S分析结果看,我国股市风格具有显著的分形结构特征,风格资产指数收益率序列具有长记忆性,不同风格资产的业绩具有不同的周期性。     

An analysis of the effect of mandatory adoption of IAS/IFRS on earnings management

This paper examines whether mandatory adoption of international accounting standards, IAS/IFRS, by French companies is associated with lower earnings management. In addition, the impact of six factors that may be related to earnings management level are also considered: the independence and the efficiency of the board of directors, the separation of roles of CEO and Chairman of the board, the existence of an independent audit committee, the existence of block shareholders, the quality of the external audit and the listing on foreign financial markets.Based on a sample of 353 French listed groups relating to the period 2003–2006, our results show that the mandatory adoption of IAS/IFRS is associated with a reduction in the earnings management level. In addition, the independence and the efficiency of the board of directors, the existence of an independent audit committee, the existence of block shareholders, the quality of the external audit and the listing on foreign financial markets are important factors for enforcement of IAS/IFRS in France. Mandatory adoption of IAS/IFRS has decreased earnings management level for companies with good corporate governance and those that depend on foreign financial markets.

2011年8月,银行间市场平稳运行,交易量较上月小幅增长。主要特点是：货币市场利率先抑后扬;银行间国债收益率曲线平坦化;人民币对美元汇率中间价升值步伐明显加快,交易价波动加剧;利率互换交易再创单月历史新高;外汇掉期曲线整体小幅上移,显示升值预期减弱;外汇即期竞价清算业务正式移交上海清算所。
